Weekly Seminars
Weekly seminars covering in-depth web design and development topics.
Each seminar would be at a cost per person ($20 or so), these could be purchased separately, or could be packaged into design, development, or all courses for a discount.

Online Courses
In depth topical courses about web design and development using audio and video that's accessible online 24/7.
This courses would be a premium feature where the user would have to pay to have access to a video, a set of videos or the whole library. Payment could be by video ($20 each) or a monthly subscription ($25/mo).

Design Critiques
Create an area on the website that would allow designers to post their work and receive feedback from other web designers.

Weekend Mini-Conference
This would be a two day session held over the weekend. The first day would be design, the second day front-end development.
There would be a cost to this workshop, like $80 or so to cover costs.
These weekend workshops could be held quarterly or semi-annually.
Drawbacks:
Larger number (100-300 people) of registered attendees to cover need, less special attention to particular needs.0 votes -
